Delegate Users who are granted with relative authority by their Primary Users in WLBNET (Corp.), Primary Users who have already registered with Banking Services authority upon service application and have completed the relative online settings, can have such WLBNET (Corp.) functions and can perform online transactions. Primary Users who have not registered with Banking Services authority upon service application and System Operator cannot be granted with such operating power in WLBNET (Corp.). |

You may find yourself as which kind of WLBNET (Corp.) users through the following ways: a) When you need to use the WLBNET (Corp.) PIN issued by the Bank to perform your first login, you would be a Primary User. b) When you need to use the WLBNET (Corp.) PIN issued by the Bank to perform your first login, and simultaneously you can grant yourself with some transaction authorities in “System Management -> User Management”, you would be a Primary User with Banking Services authority registered. c) When you need to use a PIN told by another user to perform your first login, and learn that there are only two sub-menus of “Password Management” and “Enquire Journal” under “System Management” menu in your WLBNET (Corp.), you would be a Delegate User. d) When you need to use a PIN told by another user to perform your first login, and learn that there are more sub-menus other than “Password Management” and “Enquire Journal” under “System Management” menu in your WLBNET (Corp.), you would be a System Operator. |

Primary User: perform online system setup for WLBNET (Corp.) service of the corporate/organization, including: setup password and operating powers for other kinds of users, setup account authorization rules, etc. Primary User with Banking Services authority registered can further set himself/herself in WLBNET (Corp.) with relative operating powers for performing online transactions. Delegate User: after having passwords issued by his/her Primary User, can perform different WLBNET (Corp.) operations in accordance with his/her authorities granted by Primary User. System Operator: after having password issued by his/her Primary User, can assist Primary User to input different system setups including setup user’s authority, account authorization rules, etc. However, all his/her setting inputs can only be valid after getting online approvals from Primary User. |

You can perform the following checks: a) Check your WLBNET (Corp.) user type whether is Delegate User or Primary User with Banking Services. b) Check with your Primary User (for Delegate User) or perform self checking (for Primary User) whether you have been granted or set with the relative WLBNET (Corp.) operating authorities. If system settings of the corporate/organization requires mutual approvals from two Primary Users, you will need to check with them whether the relative settings have been approved properly. |

If you are Primary User, you have to approach the Bank to apply for new password issuance. If you are Delegate User or System Operator, you have to ask your Primary User to issue a new password to you. |

You should change your password regularly and are advised to change it at least each 90 days. |

E-certificate issued by eSignTrust, which is affiliated under Macao Post Office, is an authentication tool with legal representative equivalent to signature. You can apply it from eSignTrust Registry and visit their website, www.esigntrust.com, for more information. The Bank will not levy any charge from the use of e-Certificate on WLBNET (Corp.) but for the issuance and maintenance fees levied by eSignTrust, please contact them for relative information. |

If you forget e-Certificate password or your e-Certificate is locked due to several consecutive inputs of invalid passwords, you shall contact eSignTrust Registry directly for your request of password reset. |

E-Certificate authentication has to be operated in Widows and Internet Explorer. Moreover, the computer has to be installed with the card reading application provided by eSignTrust as well as the 32-bit version of Sun Java Runtime (Java 7 32-bit should be installed while using Internet Explorer 9 or above). |

While registering the use of e-Certificate authentication, you may apply for, in addition to those functions applicable to transaction password authentication, some other advanced functions, such as: Third Party Transfer (Free Input of Beneficiary), Remittance (Free Input of Beneficiary), Payroll Service (with Remittances), Batch Payment, Batch Direct Debit Service and Inward & Outward Bills Settlement Service. |

The “Payroll Services” and “Batch Payment” in BONCET (Corp.) have email notification function to remind the related users about the respective process status. Primary User can simply perform the below self online setting to switch on such function: a) In “System Management -> User Management”, filling up the relative users’ email addresses that are requiring to receive such email notifications ; b) In “System Management -> Email Notification Setup”, select “Receive all email” or “Only receive important email” for “Payroll Services” and “Batch Payment”. |

Users’ Authorizations of Payroll and Batch Payment in WLBNET (Corp.) have to be completed within 30 calendar days from the file upload dates. Other online transactions as well as system setups have to be approved completely within 7 calendar days from their creation. Should the approvals/authorizations of the transactions or system setups be done later than the aforesaid time frames, the system would return with corresponding errors. |

Modifications in such system settings may eventually terminate or fail the “wait for authorization” and pre-set transactions eventually. For example, decreasing corporate or account daily debit limit will cause the wait for authorization of third party payment to be failed during the user approval process. |

When you perform foreign exchange transaction in WLBNET (Corp.), the exchange rate displayed on the confirmation screen and wait for authorization screen would be for reference only. The transaction will be eventually executed and posted with the exchange rate that is prevailed during the Bank process after your authorization. |

WLBNET (Corp.) basically is a 24-hour service channel. However, there may be some time constraints to certain transactions:
The above service time frames are for reference only. The Bank maintains the right of their alteration. Besides, WLBNET (Corp.) services may also be affected during the Bank’s normal system maintenance hours (i.e. within 22:00 – 24:00 on bank working day). |

WLBNET (Corp.) generally accept the below characters / symbols: Traditional Chinese characters – as there is variety of character formation tables for Chinese in the market, WLBNET (Corp.) hence would accept characters formed by original Chinese formation table. Should the Chinese character you inputted is rejected by the system, please check whether such character belongs to original Chinese formation table.
